Trying hard to take the blame
Will she ever know what will remain
Every heartbreak is always the same
Lost inside this chaotic game

I’ve been fighting this for far too long
Paying the price for all I’ve done wrong
Not knowing if I will ever belong
Been fighting this for so very long
Been fighting this for so very long

Do you ever wonder why you smile at me
Are you just being nice or do you really care for what you see
Do you ever think about the thoughts inside my mind
Are you just here for the moment or are you here to be by my side
