How Comfortable

How comfortable
To vote with pain;
No one dares
Denounce it.

The vote is held
In darkness
Where numbers
Can’t be seen.

Pain always keeps
A veto power,
Doesn’t need
A quorum;

And victory’s
By volume
Or you’ll call the vote
Again.
