The Right Thing

Sometimes the hardest thing and the right thing are the same
Other times it's the rough things that are said in vain
Sometimes the worst thing and the best thing are the same
Other times it's the finer things we are left here trying to save

It's not always easy going when you're trying to survive
Each day is like another story of broken hearts and crying eyes
